Return and Refund Policy
Can I return a book that I bought in the shop by bringing it back to the shop?
An item can be returned to the shop for a refund if it is in exactly the same condition as when it was
sold, that is, unread / unopened and is accompanied by a receipt showing that the purchase had
been made within the previous 30 days.
No refunds will be made for any goods that were purchased more than 30 days ago. This return and
refund policy only applies to full priced items - no refunds will be made for discounted /sale items.
Following inspection of the item, if a refund is approved it will be made using the exact same original
method of purchase, that is, cash or to the original debit/credit card.

Can I return a book that I bought in the shop / from the Webpage by sending it back to the shop?
An item can be posted back to the shop for a refund if it was purchased by debit / credit card in the
shop or was purchased via the Webpage. The item must be in exactly the same condition as when it
was sold, that is, unread / unopened and is accompanied by a receipt showing that the purchase had
been made within the previous 30 days. The customer is responsible for paying package and
shipping costs and these are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be considered once an item has been received by us – we are not responsible for
items that have been posted but do not arrive.
Items that were paid for in cash in the shop will need to be brought back into the shop so that a cash
refund can be made, following inspection of the condition of the goods.
